  1. Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bajibangla may at any time request a national identity card, passport, or other documents to verify your identity, age, or payment method. Withdrawals may be placed on hold until verification is completed.

3. Deposit, Withdrawal and Payment Policy

3.1 Deposit Rules

4. Bonus and Promotional Offer Terms

4.1 Welcome Bonus

First-time depositors are eligible for a 100% first deposit bonus, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: if you deposit ৳1,000, you will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and your total balance will be ৳2,000. If you deposit ৳42,000, the bonus will be a maximum of ৳20,000 and your total balance will be ৳62,000.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

To withdraw the welcome bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 25 times. That is, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets before the bonus becomes withdrawable.

  1. Bonus funds may only be used on games and betting markets approved by the platform.
  2. The deadline to meet wagering requirements is fixed from the date the bonus is received — see the applicable bonus details.
  3. bajibangla may limit wagering contributions on specific games.
  4. If manipulation of any bonus activity is found, the bonus and associated winnings will be cancelled.

Specific terms relating to other promotional offers from bajibangla (such as cashback, tournament prizes) are published separately alongside those offers. Each offer's own terms and conditions apply.

5. VIP and Loyalty Program Terms

bajibangla's VIP program has five tiers. Each tier offers weekly cashback benefits and exclusive privileges.

5.1 VIP Tiers and Cashback

  1. Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
  2. Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
  3. Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback.
  4. Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
  5. Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

5.2 VIP Membership Rules

  1. Promotion to higher VIP tiers is based on cumulative gaming activity.
  2. VIP benefits are non-transferable and apply only to the account holder.
  3. bajibangla reserves the right to change the VIP program structure at any time.
  4. VIP benefits may be cancelled in the event of a terms violation.

6. Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bajibangla to maintain a fair environment, and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of winnings.

6.1 Unauthorized Activities

  1. Creating multiple accounts to claim bonus benefits.
  2. Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games.
  3. Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems or software.
  4. Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illegal funds.
  5. Fraud, deception, or collusion against other users.
  6. Threatening, harassing, or abusing bajibangla staff, other players, or third parties.

6.2 Investigation and Action

bajibangla reserves the right to conduct investigations into suspicious activity and may temporarily suspend an account during the investigation period. Cooperation with relevant authorities will be provided where necessary.

7. Betting Rules and Gaming Terms

7.1 Bet Placement Rules

  1. Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled.
  2. bajibangla will not be held responsible for bets lost due to technical errors or loss of internet connection.
  3. Bets placed after a sports betting market has closed will automatically be considered void.
  4. bajibangla reserves the right to set and change maximum bet limits.

7.2 Event Cancellation and Result Disputes

If a sports event is cancelled or remains unresolved, the related bets will be cancelled and the stake will be refunded. In the event of a dispute over a result, bajibangla's decision is final.

7.3 System Errors

If incorrect results or rewards are displayed due to a software or server error, bajibangla reserves the right to cancel or correct those transactions. bajibangla is not obligated to pay out abnormal winnings resulting from technical errors.
